Martyna is an Occupational Therapist with experience in complex hospital discharge planning, community mental health, functional rehabilitation, coordination of various fitness/rehabilitative programs for geriatric populations and community integration. Martyna received her Bachelor of Human Kinetics (B.H.K) from the University of British Columbia Okanagan, and her Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy (MScOT) from Queen's University, Ontario.
Martyna's special interest is in neurological and cognitive rehabilitation for those living with acquired brain injuries. She provides services for home assessments to detemine safety/support needs, coordination of hospital discharge, coordination of RA programs, physical rehabilitation, wheelchair seating and positioning and community reintegration. In her spare time, Martyna enjoys spending time outdoors with a love for skiing, hiking, rock climbing and trail running.
