Occupational Therapist
Sacha completed her Master of Occupational Therapy in 2017 from the University of British Columbia. She has experience working with diverse clientele and is passionate about helping clients to continue engaging in life in ways that are meaningful to them.
Sacha’s recent experience includes working with clients on home adaptations and modifications, supporting seniors to age in place, mental health management and community integration, gradual return to work, and chronic pain management.
She has completed additional training related to functional cognitive assessment, chronic pain management, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, wheelchair and seating assessment, dysphagia management, and exposure therapy for anxiety disorders.
Outside of her work as an occupational therapist, Sacha enjoys gardening, cooking, pottery, and being active with her family outdoors.
