Sacha Trivett, BSc., MOT

Occupational Therapist

Sacha completed her Master of Occupational Therapy at the University of British Columbia in 2017. She has experience working with diverse populations and is passionate about supporting clients to live full lives that feel meaningful, purposeful, and aligned with their individual goals.

Her clinical practice includes injury rehabilitation, return-to-work planning, brain injury and concussion management, chronic pain self-management, and mental health interventions. She also has experience in home accessibility assessment, adaptive equipment prescription, and wheelchair seating and positioning. Sacha provides neurodiversity-affirming support and has recent experience in pediatrics, supporting children with autism and other developmental diagnoses. She is skilled in developing individualized, child-centred treatment plans that build meaningful functional skills while promoting independence and participation.

Sacha has completed additional training in functional cognitive assessment, chronic pain management, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), wheelchair and seating assessment, dysphagia management, and exposure-based approaches for anxiety disorders.

Outside of her work, Sacha enjoys gardening, pottery, and staying active outdoors with her family.
