Kinesiologist, Rehabilitative Assistant
Alex is a BCAK Practicing Kinesiologist, she has been since graduating with her Bachelor of Kinesiology with an Extended Minor in Psychology from the University of the Fraser Valley. Alex has experience with aquatherapy as well as dryland rehabilitation. She has worked with clients of all ages and injuries mainly sustained in motor vehicle or work accidents, in clinical and community settings.
Working as a Kinesiologist, Alex specializes in Rehabilitative Aquatherapy and Fitness Programs, Return to Work Programs, Soft Tissue Release, Lifestyle Consulting/Personal Training, and Sport Specific Training. As a Rehabilitation Assistant, she works in Community Reintegration and Cognitive Retraining. Alex maintains her interests in sports and athletics; including soccer, fastpitch, hiking, skiing and water sports.
