Kinesiologist, Rehabilitative Assistant
Shirin graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Kinesiology with a concentration in Active Health and Rehabilitation. As a practicing Kinesiologist, Shirin has experience creating and implementing active rehabilitation plans with both adult and pediatric populations. Shirin enjoys working with kids as it allows her to be creative and advocate for physical literacy in today’s youth. Shirin also provides exercise prescription and assessment to motor vehicle accident and chronic pain clients who are looking to return to work and to their activities of daily living.
In her free time, Shirin will spend her time outdoors golfing, hiking, swimming or playing racket sports.
