Occupational Therapist
Lindsay graduated with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and joined Symmetry Injury Rehab in 2016. With a long-standing passion for community-based programs, she has worked alongside clients with diverse injuries and health conditions to return to the activities that mean the most to them. Some of her additional training includes courses in chronic pain management, brain injury and cognitive rehabilitation, mindfulness interventions, CBT, occupation-based sleep interventions, sensory regulation and executive function skills.
Lindsay’s current areas of focus include: adult rehabilitation, pediatrics, brain injury recovery, chronic pain management, musculoskeletal/orthopaedic injuries, mental health, ADHD, ASD(6+), home modifications, senior support/aging in place and return to work and school intervention.
Outside of her professional pursuits, you’ll find Lindsay spending time with her two children, hiking, skiing and playing the piano.
