Occupational Therapist

Lindsay joined Symmetry Injury Rehab in 2016. Lindsay is an Occupational Therapist with experience in Traumatic Brain Injury, Geriatric Rehabilitation, Palliative Care programs, Mental Health programs and Community Based Occupational Therapy. Lindsay received her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of Victoria (2009), and her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from LaTrobe, Australia (2016). She has completed courses in cognitive rehabilitation, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing as well as training for the Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS) and the Multiple Errands Test (MET).

Lindsay specializes in AMPS, Cognitive Strategies, Community Reintegration, Stress Management, Fatigue and Pain Management, Case Management, Home Assessments to determine safety/support needs, Coordination of RA Programs, Return to Work Intervention and Coordination of Hospital Discharge.
Lindsay’s recreational interests include travelling, camping, hiking, cooking and playing the piano.
