Occupational Therapist
Lindsay graduated with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and joined Symmetry Injury Rehab in 2016. With a long-standing passion for community-based programs, she has worked alongside clients with diverse injuries and health conditions to return to the activities that mean the most to them. Some of her additional training includes courses in chronic pain management, cognitive rehabilitation, mindfulness interventions, CBT, neurodiversity-affirming intervention, Matheson FCE and AMPS.
Lindsay’s current area of focus includes: concussion/traumatic brain injury, chronic pain, musculoskeletal/orthopaedic injuries, mental health, ADHD, stroke, home modifications, senior support/aging in place and return to work intervention.
Outside of her professional pursuits, you’ll find Lindsay spending time with her two children, hiking, snowboarding and playing the piano.
