Occupational Therapist
Sarah joined Symmetry Injury Rehab in 2018. Sarah is an Occupational Therapist with experience in post-surgery rehabilitation and hospital discharge planning, geriatric rehabilitation, clinical case management, return to work management, cognitive rehabilitation and mental health.
Sarah obtained her Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the University of Victoria, and her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of British Columbia. She has completed additional education and training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Chronic Pain Management, Concussion Management, Exposure Therapy, Sleep Interventions, Mindfulness and Relaxation, Motivational Interviewing, and Seating and Positioning. She is also certified to administer the MoCA.
Sarah’s recreational interests include running, hiking, cooking and reading.
