At Symmetry, our team of dedicated professionals consists of Registered Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, and Occupational Therapists who possess extensive knowledge in injury rehabilitation. With a commitment to professionalism and client motivation, we strive to deliver exceptional care.

Bachelors Degree in Human Kinetics, Kinesiology or Occupational Therapy

Registered with the BCAK or College of Occupational Therapists of BC (COTBC)

Minimum 2 years experience in community – based rehabilitation

Kinesiologists possess specialized training courses in Postural assessment, Core stabilization and Functional exercise prescription.

OT’s possess successful completion of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists Certification exam.

Kinesiologists and Occupational Therapists possess Brain Tree training (specialized courses for working with Brain Injured clients)

CPR & First Aid Certifications

I've worked with Symmetry now for 4 years, after being in a really bad car accident. My OT Tara is absolutely amazing, she has my best interest at heart at all times and has helped me create a fantastic rehab team by offering recommendations. She understands my hardships due to my injuries but also because she's a mom herself and can relate to how hard it is for me. She has changed my life completely by being a huge support and I'm incredibly thankful for all she has done and continues to do for me and how much she has helped me navigate a life as this "new" me.

Tara is an excellent occupational therapist She has been a Detrimental part of my life for the last five years . I’m so fortunate and thankful that I have her for an occupational therapist.

Lindsay was very helpful through the entire process of my son's road to recovery from his MVA as we had never dealt with anything like this before. She was thorough, attentive and made sure she followed up with us frequently.
Alex was also great in providing his expertise when needed.

and the at team Symmetry injury rehabilitation are incredible. I’d even say they go above and beyond Sarah Charles herself was exceptional and made my healing process easier to navigate easier to understand and a lot easier to get through.
